Crappy And Pointless Timewasting CHA

(Ran into a dead-end with the acronym, use your imagination)

Any shots at this one???

Tip: Before bothering to fill in a long form, check the CAPTCHA at the bottom to see if you have a snowball's chance in hell of not being mistaken for a computer.  FAIL-EARLY :), refresh til one is easy enough.  Maybe this strategy would have worked with casey's /iaCaptcha project to bring the success to 100% (automate a quick margin-of-error check before posting?).

Just like copy protection that makes it too hard to use someone's product.
Or the self-checkout stations at the grocery store that are engineered to keep you from stealing something at the expense of being usable by the average shopper.

No guess Damon??? I swear I stopped back here a dozen times today wondering if the mystery letters would jump out at me. I want so bad to use Crappy for the other C, but the acronym just keeps getting stupid. 2 puzzles in one post, keeping myself bamboozled.
